I started Sightline in 2012 after walking off a job site where the homeowner had been quoted one number over the phone and handed a bill 40% higher at the end. That still happens. I measure every opening myself when the geometry is unusual, and my quote sheet is the scope of work. No change orders, no “we found rot” surprises. I carry a Florida Residential Contractor license, keep current on the Florida Building Code wind-borne debris provisions for Martin County, and specify products from our eight lines - PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux - based on what your opening needs, not what our warehouse needs to move. On weekends you’ll find me recaulking my own jalousie windows at home, which I keep as a reminder that even small openings deserve the same attention as a twelve-foot sliding wall.
